Eltec Forestry NZ have teamed up with Technologies Element PSW in Quebec to bring you class leading tracked feller buncher harvesters. With two buildings over 21,000 square feet, and a dedicatated research and development team, the company can produce more than 40 harvesters per year. 

Groupe Element began in Val-d’Or, Quebec in the 1950s, and have expended into many areas of the forestry industry. The result is that now, Technologies Element PSW are a group of five companies, working together to provide industry leading products and services. The 4th generation family of loggers decided in 2011 to build their own feller-bunchers. Purchasing Volvo’s entire feller-buncher design intellectual property, they worked intensively for seven months to modify the original drawings. Production of the new feller-bunchers and harvesters started in June 2012.

In 2014, Cummins QSL9 enging integration was completed, along with entirely new cutting edge technology, new dash and updated electric schematics.

The Eltec Forestry NZ models have been customised to suit challenging New Zealand forestry conditions, and are capable of felling up to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
